AMERICAN RENT SCHEME
In our American Rent Scheme, we offer a unique service to lessen the burden faced by many in securing the rental of their preferred properties. Too often, people miss out on the securing the rental of their desired properties simply because, although they can afford the monthly rent quoted by the respective property owners, they are unable to pay the huge rent-advance of 12 and even 24 months which are demanded by the landlords.
Under the American Rent Scheme, TISOL steps in to pay the entire rent advance, secures the tenancy agreement with the respective landlord, and sublets the property to the client under a contract where the clients pay their rents monthly to TISOL. This service allows clients to avoid having to borrow at high interest rates just to pay the huge rent-advance demands, meaning they no longer have to lock up huge sums of money for the duration of the tenancy (12 – 24 months).
TISOL only charges a small premium for taking on the burden of paying the entire rent-advance on behalf of the client. We are also able to customise the service to address the particular needs of each client. Through this scheme clients are able to free up enough of their finances to cater for other pertinent expenses, and landlords are also able to get the advance payment they require. We currently have many clients who have accessed this service and are testifying to the financial freedom it has afforded them and their families.
Who Is Eligible For The American Rent Scheme?
The TISOL American Rent Scheme is accessible to all who have a verifiable monthly income. Public and private sector employees, and even self-employed persons are all eligible for the assistance under the scheme as long as they can provide proof that the desired rental meets the affordability condition of not exceeding 40% of their monthly income.
Joint applications are also permitted to allow couples, siblings, friends and co-workers to satisfy the affordability condition and secure their preferred unit.
Where an applicant is unemployed (say a student) or cannot meet the affordability condition, the application for assistance will be considered when the applicant can provide a guarantor whose income satisfies the affordability condition.
