TISOL proudly participated in the Africa Real Estate Festival 2026

TISOL participated in the Africa Real Estate Festival 2026 in Accra, which convened key stakeholders across the real estate value chain to examine emerging trends shaping the sector.

The programme featured contributions from notable voices including Vusi Thembekwayo and Nana Kwame Bediako, alongside a range of industry leaders, developers, and policy influencers.

Two panel discussions were particularly insightful:

“Ghana as a Lifestyle & Investment Destination”
Featuring contributors such as Richie Mensah, Nehemiah Ofori, and Ana Arkutu, this session explored how lifestyle, culture, and tourism increasingly influence real estate demand and investment decisions. A key takeaway was the growing importance of positioning Ghana not just as a housing market, but as a holistic lifestyle destination for both local and international investors.

“Sustainability, ESG & Climate-Resilient Real Estate”
With perspectives from Paulina Annan, Enoch Yeboah Agyepong, Venan A. Sondo, and Anelisa Keke, discussions centred on the need to integrate ESG considerations into development planning. The panel highlighted climate risk, sustainable building practices, and long-term investment resilience as critical factors for the future of African real estate.

Across the sessions, a consistent theme emerged: the sector is evolving beyond traditional development models toward more experience-driven, sustainable, and globally competitive real estate ecosystems.

TISOL’s participation reflects our commitment to staying closely aligned with these shifts and contributing to the ongoing evolution of real estate solutions within the market.
